If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service.
Any written feedback will be acknowledged in writing within three business days. If you require a further response, we will telephone or write to you within 20 business days. You only need to provide your contact details if you would like a response. Acknowledging or responding may take longer if your feedback is in a language other than English.
If you have raised a concern and are not happy with the way it has been handled, you can make a complaint to the Victorian Ombudsman.
You can report improper or corrupt conduct by a public officer or public body to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC). Complaints about improper conduct at the Foundation can be made through protected disclosures.
