Janet Dore
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Janet is a highly qualified senior executive with extensive experience in both the public and not-for-profit sectors. She was CEO of the Transport Accident Commission for seven years, and has also held the positions of non-executive director of nib Health Funds and general manager of Newcastle City Council. Janet is currently deputy chair of Central Highlands Water, commissioner of Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria, director of Municipal Association Victoria WorkCare and municipal monitor for the Ararat Rural City Council. Janet joined the Foundation as interim CEO in October 2018.

Tony Phillips
Strategic Advisor, Knowledge and Policy
Tony has an extensive background in public policy and social science research, lecturing at the Universities of Melbourne and Adelaide, and at La Trobe University. He was formerly research manager at the Responsible Gambling Advocacy Centre and has also worked for the Victorian Parliament's Family and Community Development Committee.

Tanya Fletcher
Branch Head, Prevention and Programs, General Counsel
Tanya is an experienced business leader with a background in the community development sector, not-for-profit governance and commercial law. She is passionate about making the most of dynamic business environments – working to achieve organisational outcomes, particularly through building and developing effective leaders. Before joining the Foundation in August 2016, Tanya was director of strategic business planning at World Vision Australia, after many years there as in-house legal counsel. She has served on numerous not-for-profit boards and is currently board chair of an independent school.
Research and Evaluation branch

Rosa Billi
Branch Head, Research and Evaluation
Rosa has worked in gambling research for more than 10 years. She has a strong academic background – and interest – in public health. Rosa was a senior research associate in gambling with the former Department of Justice and has worked on the longitudinal Victorian Gambling Study since its inception. Before working in the area of gambling, Rosa worked in the Victorian Department of Health.
Strategic Communication and Marketing branch

Roberta Donovan
Branch Head, Strategic Communication and Marketing
Roberta leads the development of the Foundation's communication and marketing strategies. With a strong background in behaviour change and community engagement, Roberta has experience across all aspects of communication and has held national marketing and communications roles within the not-for-profit and education sectors.

Fiona Skivington
Manager, Media and Communication
Fiona has extensive experience as a senior level strategic communications professional. She has held public affairs, media and campaign manager positions in a variety of Commonwealth Government departments and statutory bodies, as well as in the not-for-profit research sector. She is also an accomplished editor. Fiona joined the Foundation in August 2017.

Ben Fuller
Manager, Marketing
Ben is responsible for the direction and outcomes of the Foundation's marketing activities. With a background in advertising and behaviour change, Ben champions the voice of the consumer and a results-driven focus in all of the Foundation's social marketing.
Corporate Services branch

Craig Swift
Branch Head, Corporate Services (CFO and CPO)
Craig is a Certified Practising Accountant with an extensive corporate services background in the Victorian public service. He is experienced in financial and risk management, audit services and corporate services administration. Craig has worked for the Office of Local Government, was previously Chief Finance Officer with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation, and also held managerial roles within the Department of Justice portfolio.

Cathy Daly
Director, People and Culture
Cathy is responsible for the development of the Foundation’s human resources strategy and supporting activities. She is focused on driving strategic business outcomes and improvements. Before joining the Foundation in September 2018, Cathy worked across a range of industries in Australia and overseas, predominantly within the public sector. This included heading up the human resources function for Transport Safety Victoria for seven years.

Genevieve Endean
Director, Business Systems
Genevieve has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and has worked on the development and implementation of ICT systems for the Foundation since 2009. Prior to working in government, she was a senior business analyst in the corporate sector with a focus on the development and support of web-based systems in Australia and the United States.
